1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.
• Guests can cancel or modify bookings up to 48 hours before arrival without any charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a one-night stay charge.
• For group and event bookings, cancellation terms vary. Please refer to your contract for details.

2. Spa & Wellness Policy

• Advance booking is required for spa treatments.
• Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the treatment will incur a 50% charge.
• The spa is exclusive to hotel guests and spa members.

3. Live Entertainment & Noise Policy

• Live music performances take place on Friday and Saturday evenings from 8 PM to midnight.
• Guests seeking a quieter stay can request rooms away from entertainment areas.
• Noise levels will be monitored to ensure guest comfort.

4. Weddings & Private Event Bookings

• A deposit is required to secure wedding and event bookings.
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the event date.
• The hotel is not responsible for external vendors hired by guests.
• Any damages to hotel property during an event will be charged to the event organizer.

5. Liability & Guest Responsibility

• The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
• Guests are liable for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
