📜 Terms & Conditions

1. General Golf Course Rules

• Proper golf attire is required at all times.
• Players must adhere to course etiquette and pace of play.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Golf carts must be used responsibly and returned after play.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Tee times, restaurant reservations, and function room bookings must be made in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of a reservation may incur a fee.
• For function room bookings, a deposit is required, and full payment must be made at least 30 days before the event.

3. Restaurant & Bar Policy

• Guests must be 18+ to purchase alcohol and may be required to show ID.
• Smart-casual dress code applies in the restaurant.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated or disruptive.

4. Function Room Policy

• The 15% discount applies only to venue rental and excludes catering packages.
• Any damages to the venue will be charged to the event organizer.
• External vendors must be pre-approved by management.

5. Liability & Guest Responsibility

• Emerald Greens Golf Club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Guests are liable for any damages caused to club property.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas and designated non-smoking zones.
