1. Booking & Dining Policy

• Reservations are recommended to guarantee availability, especially during busy periods.

• Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a table without a reservation.

• If you are running late for your reservation, please notify us in advance so we can hold your table for you.

• In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee.

2. 15% Discount Offer Terms

• Promo code COUNTY15 is valid for one-time use per customer.

• The 15% discount applies to dine-in meals only. It cannot be redeemed for takeaway or delivery orders.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, special offers, or loyalty discounts.

• The discount is only valid for reservations made in advance. Walk-ins are not eligible for the discount.

3. Live Entertainment Policy

• Background music plays until 9 PM to create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

• Live performances start from 9 PM onward, creating a more lively and social environment.

• For guests seeking a quieter experience, we recommend booking a table earlier in the evening.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to avoid charges.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one meal.

• No refunds will be issued for partially consumed meals or for guests who arrive late.

5. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who engage in disorderly or disruptive behavior.

• Any damages to the restaurant property, including furniture, equipment, or decor, will be charged to the responsible party.

• Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. We have designated smoking areas outside for guests who wish to smoke.
